Hi Guys,
We have decided to get the train to the circuit and a bit confused at which train stop is best? As far as I can see from this forum and the Hungarian F1 info page that there are three train stations, Mogyorod, Szilasliget, and Hungaroring.
Which one is best? I understand Mogyorod is about an hours walk and Szilasliget is a 30 minute walk? Assuming the Hungaroring stop is even closer but it is a dirt track. Is the dirt track really that bad, seems to suggest that on all the sites but that info might be outdated.
Any up to date information would be much appreciated.
Thanks
David

Thanks for your reply, Silver 2 is a bit out of reach financially at the moment, only real options I have are General Admission, Silver 1 and Silver 8. I am guessing by the price difference Silver 1 would be best, but was just wondering if it was worth the extra 30 Euro’s or whether Silver 8 is the better deal?

Going to be in Budapest for the week of the Hungarian Grand Prix and looking to buy some tickets. Don’t have much money and had a look at the website and the two possible grandstands are Silver1 and Silver8. Anyone been to either of these before? If so, which one is better? By the looks of it you get a better view from Silver1 of the straight after turn 5 and Silver8 seems to just have a view of Turns 6 and 7. I am leaning towards Silver1 but was wondering if anybody had any better advice? (or whether we just ditch the grandstand and go for general admission?)
Any advice would be much appreciated. :)
Cheers
David
