In my career there was a crash in qualifying which meant I beat my objecive of qualifying 22nd even though I was over a second slower than everyone else. It was a at Turkey at turn 8 like slr said.
I was at the inside of turn 6/7 for the race this year. A good spot for me because it was not very crowded (a long way from anything else) and you can walk around to a fast 7th part of the track or you can stand right in the inside of turn 6, close to cars, and you can see them weave around and disappear through turn 8. Theres also a gap in the fence at turn 7 where you can see the cars go into turn 8 completely open. You also have a great view across the lake and you can see the cars as the go through turn 9/10. Also a scenic part of the track.
I had a fanvision so I didn’t need to go to a crowded area. I wanted a spot that wasn’t crowded.I was a baby in 1994.
As for Mansell’s tyre blowout, my parents were at that race and my mum remembers it happening. She was in the Stag Hotel watching on tv.You know what would be cool? If they had true-to-life camera angles and graphics. Surely not that hard. Anyway…
I started my career today with HRT. I finished 23rd at Australia. I’m two seconds slower than all the other drivers but I’m still getting used to it. I race on Expert except Traction control is medium but even then I’m finding it hard not to spin out.
I would prefer a General Admission ticket myself. I don’t see why you would pay extra to sit in one spot for the whole race, a big distance from the track. The freedom to walk around and get as close as you want to the cars seems better to me.
Webber has been good in nearly every race this year. Yesterday was one of his worst I thought. There are only one or two races where I think he was bad. He drives well after having a bad start.
I think yesterday proved Button is better, or maybe it’s just because Webber is not good at that particular track.
Well I didn’t think Ricciardo was going to thrash Liuzzi. I thought Liuzzi would be beating Ricciardo. But Ricciardo is doing well.

I don’t understand why everyone finds Spain really difficult. That was one of the few races I actually won (it was the first race I did with AI on Legend). Actually, I think it was the only race I won since putting AI on Legend.
