Why don’t we just go back to the 92-93 noses – they looked pretty great, theywere low at the front and raised in the middle

What did Petter Solberg’s fan do?25th September 2013, 19:32 at 7:32 pm #242022DCParticipantSo why is it a bad thing that a driver who is leading by quite a margin gets only marginal coverage?
They did show him cross the line and his usual yes! yes! thank you guys…It is called race coverage so they should show some actual racing, rather than a single driver, no matter who he is.
@meander You are right about that – i really wanted to see more of the Webber/Alonso taxi ride.
Also is that really true about 92 – even if there was some good racing down the grid?22nd September 2013, 18:41 at 6:41 pm #241931DCParticipantShouldn’t Alonso be the one getting the penalty, he is the one who stopped – I’m not saying that he should get it because this is absolutely ridiculous. I mean Bernie and other fossils are trying to increase the show by using worst tyres in history and fake overtaking, and yet they give penalties for something like this.
Really makes you think what is going on with the F1 formerly known as the sport?21st September 2013, 14:05 at 2:05 pm #241910DCParticipantThey should really bring back Sebring at Petit Le Mans and ditch Bahrain and perhaps Shanghai because those two US races are classics and quite prestigious, not to mention strongly attended.
11th September 2013, 15:44 at 3:44 pm #241620DCParticipantRegardless of the statistics, Webber has had a more unreliable car this year than Vettel. And altogether, their problems are not as bad as last year for Mercedes (Schumacher does great in qualifying and then his car breaks down in the race) and McLaren (it cost Hamilton a potential championship).
BTW, this is a great detective work but statistics don’t really show the real picture – for example McLaren had a lot of reliability problems in 1998 which caused a very tight championship. If not, they would have had a lot easier job.11th September 2013, 15:31 at 3:31 pm #241707DCParticipantWell Canada, Spa and Monza were a let down this year, much like Silverstone last year, if we take to account the track reputation. And Valencia and Abu Dhabi have done the reverse thing last year.

25th June 2013, 18:16 at 6:16 pm #238171DCParticipantIt made me feel even worse because there was an official statement saying that he has regained consciousness. And 3 hours later…

12th June 2013, 8:27 at 8:27 am #237574DCParticipantAlonso on Hamilton, especially when seen from Hamilton’s wing mounted camera. I wonder why didn’t TV director switch immediately to that cam but instead showing it in replay. It would have much more exciting and movie like had he done so.
9th June 2013, 16:45 at 4:45 pm #237514DCParticipantHow about Schumacher – Rosberg. They did some great stuff on the track, but the car itself has failed to deliver, especially in the 2012. Schumi was great in the qualifying and the first part of the race only to have his car broken. Although Rosberg did better with 3 podiums and a win.
Also Button – Barrichelo during Honda years
Peterson – Ickx at Lotus in 1975
Mansell – de Angelis at Lotus from 1980 – 837th June 2013, 19:01 at 7:01 pm #236936DCParticipantSpa – Franchorchamps
Monza
Silverstone
La Sarthe
Gilles Villeneuve
Interlagos
Sepang
Monaco
Old Hockenheimand forrests of Finland :)
7th June 2013, 18:56 at 6:56 pm #224861DCParticipantI have watched 22 hours in 2011 because the race was exciting from start to finish and because I had some coffee in 23:00.
