@eggry I’m guessing they were also, and they couldn’t be more wrong.

@eggry I get where you’re coming from – he didn’t really find much of an improvement restive to everybody else ;)

@eggry
I don’t think Kimi chose the wrong strategy, if you mean 2 stopping. Going from 8th to 2nd shows it was a good strategy. With a better run in qualifying yesterday he could have battled for the win. -

Max Jacobson commented on the post, Webber: Vettel will be ‘protected’ in team orders row 1 month, 4 weeks ago
@eggry – he has admitted he was wrong to disobey the orders so from that it’s just opinio really whether you agree with his actions or not – I do because I think he was fast enough for the win over Webber, but I […]

Max Jacobson commented on the post, Webber: Vettel will be ‘protected’ in team orders row 1 month, 4 weeks ago
@eggry – they weren’t going to crash – if you watch the Red Bull Racing story, you’d see that they always give each other enough room after Turkey – firm but fair, which is great for viewing is it not?

F1fanNL commented on the post, Webber: Vettel will be ‘protected’ in team orders row 1 month, 4 weeks ago
If Webber had been in Vettel’s position today he would have tried the exact same thing Vettel did. I know it, you know it and Webber especially knows it.
This hypocrisy needs to stop now. They’re […]

Alex commented on the post, Webber: Vettel will be ‘protected’ in team orders row 1 month, 4 weeks ago
@eggry – here’s another way of looking at it. When Webber ignored team orders in 2011, he wasn’t punished (or at least, not publicly). If Vettel is publically punished, wouldn’t that be double standards?
I do […]

@eggry – agreed.

Max Jacobson commented on the post, Webber: Vettel will be ‘protected’ in team orders row 1 month, 4 weeks ago
@eggry – so Vettel’s move was dangerous but Webber pushing him right up against the pit walk isn’t? I think the one thing it wasn’t was dangerous though – they always gave each other enough room and have done so […]

I’d imagine it’s quite a complicated system if you actually get into it.
In the end, the drivers really should be able to work it out in the race.

Yobo01 commented on the post, Malaysian rain can’t keep Vettel from pole again 1 month, 4 weeks ago
@eggry Yeah, I heard that Vettel used only one set of medium tyres to get into Q3, while Raikkonen used two sets of medium, the two Ferraris used one set of hard and one set of medium.
Anyway, I don’t think it’s […] -
Max Jacobson commented on the post, Malaysian rain can’t keep Vettel from pole again 1 month, 4 weeks ago
I heard Red Bull saved some tyres for the race but how’s others?
Apparently Vettel was out on a used set of mediums in Q2 compared to all the other top 10 runners who I believe used a new set, so I think […]

@eggry : Sutil wasn’t “disrupting” the front-runners. He was racing well, and was at the front as he hadn’t boxed yet.

That might well be true @eggry, especially since they had that problem last year too, only with hot temperatures being their bane then.

@eggry And since we are doing the game of mistakes let’s also not forget that Lewis had gone out a lap earlier than the RBRs, thus we don’t know his full potential in the dry. Also I think Webber could have […]

@eggry How exactly? Lewis in the dry was only .5 off of Vettel in wet Nico was a second faster than everyone.
