Thanks for the comment about our honey moon. We had a great time. Great two weeks in Austria, the GP was good fun in stunning surroundings. Are you going to any races this year? View
Could it be Bob Sweikert? All 3 drivers are grand prix winners who retired from racing in the order of the sequence and the last grand prix winner to retire from racing before Piero Taruffi is Bob Sweikert.

In September we will go to the F1 in Monza. It’s on our bucketlist for a long time. My husband has had a serious accident and can not walk long distances (max.20 minutes). Now I read on different forums that you have to walk for a long time in Monza. Are there any solutions? Does anyone have any tips? We travel by public transport and sitting at 8A.

I can’t stand “hyping”, it’s transparent and actually detracts from the genuine enjoyment and excitement i feel watching a race. But as someone mentioned earlier it is worth explaining WHY things should be exciting for the audience. I often find that when i do that for any uninitiated that are watching with me that my own excitement increases,…[Read more]
I do like Marcus Ericsson’s current helmet and like Massa & the Hulk.
Charlie should have blacked flagged Hamilton for that 2013 Monaco GP, that’s the worst ever (another reason why some don’t like him, he is better lately but that is terrible!!)
Historically I always loved Senna’s. Usually people follow what driver or what team is winning (…[Read more]

According to my budget, right now there are tickets available just for Gold 2,6 and 9; and Silver 3 (Pouhon).
Which one do you think would be the best deal?
Are those Gold grandstands worth the difference over Silver 3?
Thanks in advance.
It’s an intriguing idea. The main issue I can see are how would teams that are struggling to compete currently going to afford to produce another car? Maybe they could make the money back with a pay driver for the race but it’s unlikely. I think there’s also the issue of what happens if for instance Mercedes fielded an extra drive next race and…[Read more]

I think it’s difficult to produce a definitive list due to varying car performances, form and different team-mates. However, it’s fun to try and not too difficult to group them I feel. Personally I would do so as below:

I think shouting and screaming should be reserved for the rare moments of genuine excitement. Ben Edwards seems to get inappropriately exited, for example when Bottas crossed the line in Russia. There is no need at all to yell, it is a new winner which is different and good, and there was some mild excitement from Vettel being reasonably close,…[Read more]
