I think the yearly allotment should only count towards Quali and Races, otherwise I love the idea, especially if the allotments are low enough that every team will be forced to run on the hards a few times per season.

I gave it a 7, a good race but not great.
There were 10 lead changes during the race, every single one of them via pit stops.

IndyCar 7 months, 2 weeks agoThat’s the thing – he wont win it on outright speed, it would have to be something crazy like this year’s Indy 500.
So just by starting there’s a chance, but very slim.
