Cheers Paddy, maybe later in the year I’ll come and take a trip down to Stowmarket.
In the meantime, I’ve not heard anything about a meet up for Bahrain from John so I’ve emailed him. I have also phoned the Coach & Horses on Thorpe Road as they have Sky, they said they might show it if it doesn’t clash with football. I checked Sky’s listing for Sunday and it seems Man U are playing Everton on Sky 1, so I’ll take that as a dead end then.
Anyone had any further luck?28th March 2012, 22:29 at 10:29 pm #195747
I couldn’t either as not in Norwich last weekend – had to watch race via BBC1 highlights on IPlayer. Can’t believe I managed to not know result beforehand! I will let you know about anything I get about the Chinese GP meet up. Or you can email John directly.20th March 2012, 19:05 at 7:05 pm #195745
I have had an email for the next GP:
Can confirm that we will be meeting up at the Brook Hotel, 2 Barnard Road, Bowthorpe, Norwich, NR5 9JB.
8am start for the Malaysian GP also the day the clocks go forward.
Please could people email me in advance if there are planning on coming so we have an idea of numbers.

You lucky thing! I went in 2007 just on Sunday with GA ticket. We plonked our chairs right by the fence to the right of Block 22 (just walk through the gate and it is right in front of you). Great view of hairpin where most overtaking was happening, not sure with DRS if that will still be the case.
It is incrediable easy to get the circuit on the metro and as it really is in the centre of Montreal, you can stay anywhere. Downtown parties hard for the whole weekend around Rue St Catherine area. I was staying with a friend who had moved there and was there for a whole week. I highly recommend it as a place to visit.16th October 2011, 11:25 at 11:25 am #182464
As a loyal Norfolk girl, I must remind you of the re-surface of Team Lotus. As my step-bro has just landed a contract working on the aero of the car, I predict Lotus will be champions by 2020 with a driver we have not heard of yet.
It is hard to imagine Vettel, Hamilton, Button and Alonso giving up without one more championship each.
@Guiherme I love the amount of thought you have put into this!16th October 2011, 9:42 at 9:42 am #179796
Neal and Plato on track action should be intersting, but hopefully it will give Sheddon the chance to take it.
I saw Plato be rude to a 12 year old at Snetterton a few years ago and there was no need, he went down in my estimation as a person somewhat.
