4th November 2013, 17:45 at 5:45 pm #244661infernojimParticipantI thought the question was quite interesting comment on whether vettel has been helped by having many rivals stealing points from each other when he’s not been winning. The answer to that is definitely yes though open to debate. Comment 3 unfortunately led me to think the op’s intention wasn’t as interesting as I had thought. Shame
4th November 2013, 13:28 at 1:28 pm #244622infernojimParticipantOn your last question o would expect this to be quite often as it would happen whenever qualiwas wet and the race dryt
However would be interesting to see any where race and quali were both in same weather conditions and the fastest race lap was faster than pole position
29th October 2013, 12:50 at 12:50 pm #243344infernojimParticipantIs this the first time @lemon has NOT won the first race of a season?
22nd October 2013, 22:18 at 10:18 pm #243298infernojimParticipantInfernojim to take season 5 break.
The veteran of 4 seasons had talks with a Russian tycoon collapse meaning that he is being frozen out of the drivers market ahead of the new season. Infernojim was a regular in the early parts of season 4 before his sponsorship deal with the Ethiopian government spectacularly collapsed leading the Williams number 2 to miss most of the latter half of the season.
Frantic attempts to find new backers have proven fruitless and infernojim has taken the move to take a break from f1 in order to follow his second passion of skidoo racing!
Skeptics are calling this the end of the Finn’s long career with doubts about the 32 year olds motivation and commitment to the sport a claim which has neither been confirmed or denied by infernojim, who has been unavailable for interviews since the announcement.
14th October 2013, 21:00 at 9:00 pm #231860infernojimParticipantI don’t have the New game yet and don’t know when I will. I do really want it but money is tight right now
16th September 2013, 9:42 at 9:42 am #231824infernojimParticipantMorning all,
Loving that there’s a last race showdown on the cards. Just wanted to let you know that I’m not going to be around for it this evening either. My Mum’s Birthday today and we’re off for a meal at 7.30pm, so I won’t be on the grid for 8.20! Not without being extremely rude anyway! ;-)
I hope everyone is well and that it’s a great race this evening.
Will look to get back on it soon and see you all online in the off season I hope.
Cheers,
James
4th September 2013, 17:53 at 5:53 pm #210319infernojimParticipantWe’re in 6a / 6b – Alta Velocita!
Thanks for the link to the timetable. Fantastic work.
Cannot wait!
4th September 2013, 14:12 at 2:12 pm #231800infernojimParticipantChaps, apologies for my continued absence.
As you may recall I’m actually going to the Italian GP this weekend, and not flying back from Milan until late on Monday evening so will miss our Italian GP re-enactment next Monday.
That ends my crazy July / August / September of visitors, weddings and GPs, and means I may well be able to rejoin for some end of season cameos.
If it helps any of you re jealousy the forecast looks like rain of some sort is quite likely on Sunday, and if it’s heavy I won’t be in a covered grandstand, so that might be a tad trying!
Friday and Saturday look set fair for some scorching weather though! Cannot wait!
Catch up online soon.

4th September 2013, 7:40 at 7:40 am #210315infernojimParticipantHi
Flying tomorrow night and really looking forward to my 7th gp but first in Italy. I have 2 questions-
1) we’re staying in an apartment near montenapoleane metro. Are we best to aim for garibaldi and then train from there to monza?
2) I have been struggling to find a full timetable including support race timing for Friday. I know fp1 starts at 10am but imagine there will be something on before then And would like to see everything. Anyone got a link? That’s all from me and thanks in advance
26th August 2013, 21:56 at 9:56 pm #231788infernojimParticipantReally sorry all. I’ve been inundated with guests this summer and therefore not got a chance to race for quite sometime.
19th August 2013, 19:08 at 7:08 pm #231769infernojimParticipantCan’t join today despite theoretically being the first free week in 4. Work decided otherwise. Grr ….
13th August 2013, 11:17 at 11:17 am #231755infernojimParticipantHi all,
Sorry for the radio silence at my end, I was at a wedding in Wales over weekend, and didn’t get back to London until yesterday evening, then had a Birthday meal to attend, so was never going to be able to attend the race.
I think that we finally have a guest free Monday next week, and therefore I might be able to race – what track will it be next Monday?
Look forward to catchin up with you then.
