GooTickets are perfectly fine. I have ordered from them many times and never had an issue.

I read something about getting to the Ring by public transport – took many hours, and numerous buses / trains. Why should there be a shuttle bus? Few other circuits around the world have one (and I have been to several).

The campsites are very noisy, from what I have seen, so bring earplugs ;)

Parking is free and there is loads of it. Only a few minutes to walk in.
Renting a car is fine – just remember that most cars will be manual, so if you must have an automatic, ask in advance.

Can’t REALLY remember about folding chairs at the Nurburgring….but I know they were DEFINITELY confiscated last time I was at Hockenheim (2010).

can’t comment on T4A. I was back row, last but one seat from the end, nearest to T1

If you are coming by motorbike there are always LOADS there ;) Parking close to the circuit should be no problem. I seem to recall them all lined up against a fence really close to circuit.

IMHO T4 upper is best. Ask for as high a seat as possible, as close to T1 as poss. You get to see cars for over 30 secs that way…

Be quick with hotels…going fast though!!

@Florian That is too bad…hope you get them on time. To be honest I found it easier to book with the circuit direct as I can COLLECT from the main gate. Also saves on delivery Euros to the UK.
