I will consider both hotels, the Swissotel and Marina Mandarin. They seems to be very close to Gate 3, but I understand that during race weekend there maybe some re-routing.

Going to the Singapore Grand Prix at Marina Bay 1 year, 3 months agois there any gate close to the stamford gs? and would it be a short walk from the marina mandarin hotel?
it was quite a long walk last year from the ritz carlton to gate 2 to get to the turn 2 gs…

Going to the Singapore Grand Prix at Marina Bay 1 year, 3 months agohi… i was there in 2010 (padang gs), then 2011 (T2 A1)… i think T2 A2, row 8 and above has the best view.
i would personally like to try stamford gs for this year tho…
