4 weeks yesterday and the wife and I will be IN MC. Should be an interesting race this year..hoping for sun, fun and lots of racing once again.
The race of races to be had in AD. Hoping for a exciting time!!. couldn’t have planned to attend a better end of the year race!.
Just out of whim and booked AD. This will be my second year in a roll heading to this race. Last year I watched from a yacht but this year thought I’d give paddock a try so booked Team Paddock with Mercedes. Staying at the tack so fly in and fly out. Can’t wait for this year ending race.
good to see everyones excited…i just arrived today….very tired but last until now!. need to get sleep. I am fortunately enough to be on the Amber lounge boat directly in front of grand stand K3. It’s the while triple decker next it was a blue boat.baots called SALU….i’ll be wearing a blue v neck shirt on Sunday and a white shirt on Sunday,
Hotels booked for the group…Gold Trio tickets all ready to go for Montreal!….will be a great two weeks as I’m heading to Monaco, coming back in time for the Montreal race..

Drew, I did the Abu Dhabi Yacht last year and it’s all about the experience…not much viewing but heard the monaco yachts have some pretty good views. I’m heading to MC to watch on the Yacht….there’s really only so much you can view a race without a TV in front of you IMHO.
Ed, thank you as always…i’ll be hitting you up for the restaurant guide when it becomes available….I’m arriving mid day Thursday so I’ll be looking to dine for one thursday night in Monaco and saturday potentially other then those 2 nights I’ll be dinning at the amberlounge party on friday and sunday. Where abouts are your yachts berth?
Going to be in Monaco from Thurs-Monday for the race…looking to get simm card for my iphone 5 for data only for the 4 days I’m there…doesn’t seem to be too many info on the best option for this…don’t really need the cell part of it as I’ll use data only for communication. Any suggestions? or is free wifi the way to go in Monaco?
@Brian I was there this past year at AD, lesson learn for me was time wasted with long lines for taxi and time to get from downtown AD to track was frustrating….next time I’d spend the extra money and stay near the track by Yas Island.
