You reckon not. I wouldn’t either in the clear example you gave me, but in the case of F1 we’re assuming too many things and as you might now: assumption is the mother of all **** up. So there needs to be more […]

Webber, as a person, is a great chap and noble sportsman, but as a racing driver in current times I’m not so sure. Here’s why:
- car racing (and motor racing) is or has become a very individualistic sport from […]

IndyCar 10 months agoSorry to put it so bluntly and maybe a bit biased but: stupid push to pass! Sato didn’t stand a change against Castroneves, because helio had more push to pass left over. Okay, Helio and his team played it probably more clever than Sato by not using the p-to-p early on, but I really wanted Sato to finally take a win!

Great race! probably a bit biased, because I really wanted a Webber to win the race. Proper overtake for the lead right at the end of the race. No technical malheur for the leadgroup of drivers. Wish I was there! Cheers!

They both started with the same amount of push-to-pash, Castroneves just did a better job of saving it earlier on.
Though I would say I’ve never been a fan of Edmonton, it’s not a great venue for overtaking.
