I was just contesting the skewed picture @todfod had drawn of the 2012 season where Button was “amongst the slowest on the grid”

great racing, on the edge and generally clean. shame about DRS on start/finish straight (although actually seemed OK on the back straight, kept the field nicely bunched) and pretty woeful tyres
