F1 6 months, 3 weeks ago@mariano that’s not really an applicable example anymore. The rules were changed after that, and that’s more to do with the safety car regulations than flag regulations.

I think what you saw there was a set of tyres which had been splashed with flow-vis paint. Green-sidewalled tyres are intermediates.
