Traverse commented on the post, Button’s complaint shows why we need more team radio 2 weeks, 1 day ago
@marlarkey
Every driver knows that FOM select which transmissions to broadcast based upon entertainment value, which makes it all the more ridiculous for Button to complain about the matter. I don’t hear any […] -

@marlarkey It’s 4 lanes. It looks absolutely fine when the image isn’t squashed. It is at least as wide as certain sections of Singapore, and twice as wide as parts of Monaco.

Why not just stick models in a wind tunnel, measure which has the most downforce and give the world championship to that design ?
Pretty sure that’s how the last three were decided anyway.

Journeyer commented on the post, FanVision announces F1 exit 4 months, 1 week ago
@marlarkey A good point was brought up when I proposed this elsewhere. Can FOM set the system up in such a way that people at the circuit can get this information… while keeping it away from everyone else? […]

@marlarkey Not all of them even provide free wifi at the media centre, never mind the rest of the track.

Indeed it is @marlarkey, its a purpose built island done for the olympics.

@marlarkey , the leader also has it easier both in the long run and short term and does not necessarily need a faster car to maintain his lead. As soon as you are in the dirty air, you lose down-force. The closer […]

16.3a) is the penalty for gaining an advantage from driving off the track…

@marlarkey check option c of your own comment: a time penalty.

DVC commented on the post, Schumacher given grid penalty for Senna collision 1 year ago
@marlarkey, watch the replay one more time. After Senna moves left, there isn’t enough space on the left for Schumacher to fit his car in there. Even if he could squeeze through it would entail him still having to […]

matt90 commented on the post, Rate the race: 2012 Bahrain Grand Prix 1 year ago
@marlarkey Still missing the point. There aren’t protests against the race in China, because nobody cares about the race there. The race in Bahrain was politicised in a way China never has been, being used to […]

@marlarkey @steco Of course he would. He is a strong driver and very capable. He could easily mix it with the Vettel’s, Alonso, Button and Hamilton’s of this world.
He’s certainly better than Massa.
