Two tracks around the Spanish town of Calp, the first one’s more of an F1 track and the second one’s more interesting with some really fast corners, but is narrower and lacks overtaking opportunities and is a quite short lap, but I love the bend in the south-west corner, it’s really fast and really steep downhill, must be great to drive. :D

Maybe a good one for Switzerland (if they stop hating motorsport so much :P) which is in Geneva, although it would probably require a small bit of road modification:
