Enigma commented on the post, Alonso is sixth driver to score three wins at home 5 days, 20 hours ago
@91jb12 I was wondering why it wasn’t Button holding that record then realised it’s Vettel’s fault (Spa 2010!)

Enigma commented on the post, Alonso is sixth driver to score three wins at home 6 days, 1 hour ago
@hatebreeder True. Alonso got the first pole in 2007 (Monaco), then in the next 5 seasons his team-mates only got two poles (Kovalainen and Button one each).

Formula Renault 3.5 3 weeks agoWow indeed, the top three had far from perfect weekends. Interesting how Sirotkin and Stevens scored 30 points each after not scoring in Monza.

Formula Renault 3.5 3 weeks, 1 day agoMagnussen isn’t likely to score points from there, but he’ll keep the championship lead if Vandoorne doesn’t finish in the top two. Da Costa has had a very bad start to the season so far, 25 points from 3 […]

Enigma commented on the post, Karthikeyan (no, not that one) takes Predictions win 3 weeks, 4 days ago
@schooner Looking at the data made available, 39 people predicted someone other than Vettel, Alonso, Raikkonen, Hamilton and Massa would take pole position. I assume most of those remaining 39 went to Webber, but […]

@prisoner-monkeys Apparently that was part of the reason for the decision. If Massa gets another strong start he could well be in the play tomorrow.

Ah, I thought it was the same reason and it was something hosted every four years. Thanks for clearing it up.

Enigma commented on the post, Ecclestone considering Bahrain for season opener 1 month ago
Whatever was the reason for Bahrain opening the seasons of 2006 and 2010, is it happening again next year? Some sort of sporting event in Australia if I’m not mistaken?

Enigma commented on the post, Gonzalez to make first F1 appearance during practice 1 month ago
You’re right, it’s not an ideal world and it’s better this way than it would be if top teams took pay drivers. Still, he’s just terrible. Pay drivers like Chilton, van der Garde and Gutierrez at least have some talent along.

Enigma commented on the post, Gonzalez to make first F1 appearance during practice 1 month ago
The scoreline between him and van der Garde at Caterham in GP2 last year read 160 to 6.
@keithcollantine Wow, that’s terrible. What a shame he gets to drive an F1 car and so many talented drivers don’t.

Enigma replied to the forum topic Circuit de Monaco to be modified? in the group
F1 1 month ago@andae23 I completely agree. Monaco doesn’t need overtaking. The near-impossibility to overtake is one of the things that make it unique and truly great.
