It’s too close a call to be able to predict anything IMO
@montreal95 that’s for sure ;)

@keithcollantine, @rjoconnell, @montreal95, @seahorse
Guys I wrote that in good jest, I was kidding, I have utmost respect for Kieith’s work and this is my number 1 source for F1 news, my greatest pass time […]

@montreal95 well as you said, car characteristics influenced that (and exemplified how well Vettel did). I think he really hit his peak in 2010 and he’s been in decline since then: whether it’s age or whatever I’m […]

Max Jacobson commented on the post, Ricciardo has upper hand at Toro Rosso – Marko 1 week, 2 days ago
@montreal95 I think he will be as it stands now, as I think Mark is clearly starting to show his age (he has been really since 2011). I think in the final points standings he’d be closer to Seb, but yes I think […]

@montreal95 yes I do: if he isn’t stern competition for Vettel, and if AFC performs as well as he is hyped to, then I think it’s bye bye Ricciardo! I can’t see him beating Vettel – many people seem to think he’s […]

Max Jacobson commented on the post, Ricciardo has upper hand at Toro Rosso – Marko 1 week, 2 days ago
A very plausible scenario is: MW leaves RBR, DR gets promoted as SV’s sidekick, and AFC gets a Toro Rosso seat alongside JEV
Agreed: I’d like to see him in Toro Rosso by the end of this year, but […]

@montreal95 as always, the proof is in the pudding! If we were to solely judge it based on junior categories then you could draw the conclusion Paul Di Resta is better than Sebastain Vettel, but that’s clearly not […]

Max Jacobson commented on the post, Ricciardo has upper hand at Toro Rosso – Marko 1 week, 2 days ago
@montreal95 if we base it purely upon their debut seasons in FR3.5 (as that is a common denominator) then in 12 starts AFC scored 166 points (13.83 points per start average), compared to 53 points in 6 starts for […]

@montreal95
The V12′s and turbo V8′s you find in most modern supercars generally make use of much more modern internal technology than the current F1 engines; technology such variable valve systems that have been […] -

F1 should stay the pinnacle of motor racing first and foremost.
F1 hasn’t been the pinnacle of motor racing for a very long time; they’re using 20 year old technology in almost every aspect of the […]

@montreal95 – couldn’t the closing be recreated by just a short DRS zone on the straight though, or indeed the one between the hairpin and the final turn?
Anyway, I think DRS really isn’t necessary in a lot of […]

@montreal95 +1 on everything except this:
For next year only the pit-straight one should remain
There were plenty of ballsy overtakes there before, which DRS irradiated. For me, a much reduced one on the back […]

@jonsan, @aka-robyn, @todfod, @montreal95, @matt88: +1. My first thought was that Brawn, of all, should have kept his mouth firmly shut about this issue.

@montreal95 –
Alright then, fair enough.For example, as you can see by my name here, I’m a huge Alesi fan. However, when he ran out of fuel in Australia ’97 because he wasn’t paying attention I was furious […]

Well, not in particular, because my main issue was with your criticism of “Vettel apologists” in general (when to be frank, […]

@montreal95 – More like “re-writing history is the favorite exercise of Vettel bashers”. History doesn’t need to be re-written to boost a driver who has technically made history, rather it has to be re-written to diminish.

Shows how much you know about F1. JV has done several bad things too, starting with his anti-Button rantings at BAR in 2003. I’m not a Button fan, but what Jacques […]
