Yeah, ok that makes sense :)

It’s not the compounds that are the problem with the delaminations. Changing the compounds will not fix this, Pirelli know that.

Pirelli: Ok, we’ll not change the tyres, we’ll just bring harder one’s instead.

Liam McShane commented on the post, Rosberg was aware what tyres Pirelli were testing 1 week, 5 days ago
Lie after lie. I don’t see why Pirelli would feel they need to lie. I would be surprised if both parties came out of this without a hefty penalty.

I think he should give it to charity instead. I think we all know he is very unlikely to get a seat in F1 next year.

I think PDR did a better job in the race than Sutil. Climbed from the back end of the grid into the points, only finishing a few places back from Sutil. They both drove brilliantly though. Driver of the weekend […]

Liam McShane commented on the post, Bungling the tyre row will give F1 a tainted title fight 1 month ago
@vettel1 I wasn’t saying it was Pirelli’s fault, i was stating that they are the one’s receiving the criticisms, like you said.

Liam McShane commented on the post, Bungling the tyre row will give F1 a tainted title fight 1 month ago
Hopefully Pirelli will get sick of all their criticisms and will not renew their contract, if they get offered one of course. Perhaps we could see a tyre manufacturer bring proper tyres back to f1 similar to the […]

Liam McShane commented on the post, Bungling the tyre row will give F1 a tainted title fight 1 month ago
Quite frankly we don’t even know the tyres are spicing up the racing. When they were introduced the double diffusers were banned, which in my opinion was the main cause of the cars being unable to pass. If we […]

There was a couple of yellows. One with Grosjean when his suspension broke and i think there was one for Van Der Garde.

Safe to say Grosjean is ruining it for Lotus, although they let him down today.

Motor_mad commented on the post, Rate the race: 2013 Spanish Grand Prix 1 month, 1 week ago
Gave it a 3. Yes there were some good overtakes, but the field quickly spread out. This made it very boring to watch. With about 10-15 laps left the top 6/7 places were decided.

Motor_mad commented on the post, Sauber pin Spanish GP hopes on rear wing upgrade 1 month, 2 weeks ago
I will judge them mid way through the season. If they are still dog slow then i will question them. If they are consistently quicker than the likes of Force India then i will praise them. Although it does seem […]

And what evidence do you have that STR prefer Ricciardo exactly? A freak one off performance in a car that is inconsistent sounds about right. At the end of the day it was Ricciardo who delivered the result, not Vergne.

Motor_mad commented on the post, Win still possible for Mercedes, says Hamilton 1 month, 3 weeks ago
@jonsan but requiring x amount of stops would eliminate all strategy, which is one of the reasons the Pirelli tyres are as they are, to allow for multiple strategies.
