It depends whether you look at the absolute or releative difference. Relatively, they remain equally affected, assuming other parameters are equal (which they aren’t).

To be fair, although he’s had a disappointing season, the last few races he’s had some good pace which has unfortunately been overshadowed by on-track incidents.
