And if the fastest car will win every time, isn’t that fair?
Fair for the teams yeah, but isn’t it better if 8 drivers have a chance to win every race rather than it being down to just 2 drivers?

OEL F1 commented on the post, Vettel: “You don’t want any gifts” 3 weeks, 6 days ago
If Webber had been aloud to pit on the lap he requested, then Vettel probably would’ve fallen behind Hamilton after the last stop. In hindsight knowing Mercedes were so mariginal on fuel Vettel still would’ve been […]

Mark did NOT slow down.
He said after the race that he had turned down the engine

The one bad start he’s had for quite a long time was due to a KERS failure. I believe he fixed his start problems last year.

@david-a Well Webber said so on the podium afterwards and Red Bull said that what Webber said was true

Red Bull’s action was decided before the race, so I voted yes for them.

Ordering them to do otherwise goes against their programming, it’s asking for trouble.
Yeah, especially when the team and both drivers have agreed on it before the race…

OEL F1 commented on the post, Red Bull and Mercedes not the only ones resorting to team orders 1 month, 4 weeks ago
The way Ferrari did it was actually the fairest possible way to do it to Felipe. They let the world know (without admitting of course) that he was the “real” winner that day, rather than turning down his engine, […]

To me that sounds like a driver who fits the Ferrari book pretty well
Err you know one thing, in Ferrari the team ALWAYS come first, not the drivers. I can not recall any time since starting to watch F1 when […]

Well @bascb Vettel just made sure he will never ever drive for Ferrari! And the rest of the top teams would certanly think tiwce before signing him, they would need to be desperate to do it. So maybe he could find […]

It sure is. If Vettel thinks he’s bigger than his team then he can build a car himself.

Obviously not, because Barrichello and Vettel have been treated by their teams completely different.

I for one hope that Dietrich Mateschitz shows his loyalty to Webber and makes sure at least there is some action against Vettel for this.

In Malaysia 2013 they had an agreement to race until the last pitstop, then hold positions. In Britain 2011 Vettel and Red Bull had basicly secured the titles yet Webber, the same guy who had to surrender his […]
