Oh, I tought that you were aware of that 3 flag points
@prisoner-monkeys It seems that even if Alonso would say that there was a green flag you still won’t be convinced
Yap, I’m talking about that follow-up flag after the corner
The flag in lap 3 was green and there is an onboard video from ALO car at lap 4 that seems a green flag
Now the usual suspects are saying that the gif has been manipulated and there is no flag at all.
Water drops? Really?
Look at this, lap 4. Are that water drops?
The thing people doesn’t seem tio get is that flags are the primary sector indicators, lights supplement them OR replace them.
So the floppy is a sector outright, and has been since the dawn of times.
But it is already broken in two sectors, one from the lights to the marshal and the other from the marshal to the next lights
” But if I’m understanding the floppy marker argument correctly, the drivers may resume racing before they actually pass the green flag, “
Noooo, the floppy marker IS a green flag. The only difference between a marshal with a physical flag and a light signal is that one is a physical flag and the other is a light post, nothing more.
So lights are additional and low precedence?
Is there written that flags takes precedence over the cockpit or the post lights?
And they are also accusing Vergne of trying to extablish a gap greater than 20s between him and Vettel in case there is a 20 s sanction
And now the video has becamo viral an has arrived to Italy and Germany
And you have not seen the Spanish media, it is astonishing the bias
