That rule really has to go imo… I love the post-race celebrations some of the MotoGP guys (especially Rossi & Lorenzo) do, that would be great the have in F1 as well.

I can give one reason for preferring tarmac strips next to the curbs instead of immediately going to (artificial)grass or kittylitter:
