plushpile commented on the post, McLaren’s points run ends as Raikkonen equals record 1 week, 1 day ago
Interesting to note that while Webber and Alonso have entered effectively the same amount of races and laps (2001 and 2002 season were raced on practically identical calendars) Alsonso has completed almost 1000 […]

They look like they’ve all been been told to make a frowny face – “look angry! Grrr….”
I also noted that 2 of the 6 are sons of prominent WRC drivers, thought that was interesting.

plushpile commented on the post, DRS and tyres: Has F1 got the balance right? 1 month, 2 weeks ago
How are tyres that are designed to degrade any different from the limiting factors of any era in F1.
For example in the turbo era they essentially drove to target lap times as dictated by the boost being run as […] -

Here I am voting now with 603 votes cast and the discrepancy still remains.
As I see it there’s simply a difference in perception.
As some people have noted if Webber had been the one to pass Vettel then he […] -

More political than the Prost-Senna or Mansell-Piquet battles of the 80s with drivers getting preferential engines, (generally) fewer pit stops…
Less political than Austria 2002? USA 2002?
Somehow I doubt […] -

Webber could have easily taken the title instead of Vettel in 2010.
Which would have been off he back of terrible reliability for Vettel’s car, and near perfect reliability for Webber’s.
Webber is more […]
