@melkurion You could always say “but unlike last year, I’m not watching the GP3 races live”. She doesn’t need to know the details (i.e. there aren’t any this year) and you get the brownie points.

Australian V8 Supercars 2 hours, 21 minutes agoI think the problem with the race format in Austin was that the organisers wanted to be able to say they had four races on over the weekend instead of two, even if the two races would both have been twice as long […]

Australian V8 Supercars 2 hours, 46 minutes agoI think a bit needs to be done when the V8 Supercar series goes abroad. In Abu Dhabi in 2012 the races were split into 3 sprint races, each of 12 laps (or roughly 30 minutes). I got the sense that this fantastic […]

Hm, @William-Brierty, in the COTD you mention
So only a bad start or the undercut will allow another car past a Mercedes, but this is Ross Brawn we’re talking about, and not the clowns that invited the undercut on […]

No, its obligatory to be in the press conferences staged by the FIA, not sure what penalties are given (i guess reprimands and hefty fines) @wsrgo

I don’t think this will be a weekend in which Ferrari win or Lotus due to the fact tyres hold much less of an influence now (yay!)
Are you confusing Ferrari with Lotus by any chance? Because they are not similar. […]

Australian V8 Supercars 4 hours, 39 minutes agoActually, it’s a hangover from the old Canberra circuit. The pits were notorious for being very narrow with a high-speed approach. The old speed limit was 60km/h, but it was revised to 40. The race was removedf […]

Australian V8 Supercars 6 hours, 17 minutes agoWith regards to the pitstops, they’re a necessary evil. Some of our circuits – namely Barbagallo, Symmons Plains and Homebush Bay – have very tight pit lanes and very cramped pit boxes. It might look like a joke […]

The biggest complaint that I have about the game by far is that the AI is a joke. It took me about four months of practice on the F1 2012 game to beat Legend mode. Also, the AI are pathetic at wheel-to-wheel […]
