@schooner, on the other hand you have to think this is a guy with a long and reasonably successful career in several disciplines of motorsport so it’s hard to believe that he cannot learn how to start.

@schooner – good point, it may deter drivers form running wide possibly knowing what happened in Korea (although I doubt it)!

@schooner, it would have meant that Hamilton had been in P3 at the restart (behind Grosjean but in front of Alonso, Ricciardo and Raikkonen) rather than P6, which probably didn’t have much impact on the race […]

@schooner You’d like to think so. I guess it largely depends on if there’s any major difference between how (and what) the tests were conducted.
I’m pretty confident things will be closer though.
