And after that, not Indy or anything in American but Le Mans Series, most likely with Porsche.
Or possibly GT3/GT1? Do a Schumacher and go back to his roots, racing in sports cars with Mercedes? :P

Although I’d take that with a grain of salt. It is FOX, after all.

“Little Chris Horner was at Eau Rouge Corner
Watching his cars’ front wings;
He was feeling the best ’cause they passed the load test –
He could focus on more pressing things.”8th February 2012, 11:03 at 11:03 am #192201SouthPawRacerParticipantWhen you think your TV’s aspect ratio is screwed because the cars look so weird.

F1 06 on the PS2 is in my opinion pretty underrated… it has pretty good gameplay and a very clinical feel to it, which I always appreciate. Although I’ve never played GP4 or GP Legends, I’d like to stick in a vote for them too, as well as rFactor – all three of them defined entire generations of racing simulator games.

YMMV on how it looks (I personally think it looks horrid :P ) but I’ve got genuine doubts about how it would handle with such a narrow front axle. It might as well be an overpowered version of my recumbent tricycle!

26th December 2011, 9:10 at 9:10 am #178508SouthPawRacerParticipantUnfortunately, you won’t be able to use a G25 or G27 on an Xbox without an adapter.

11th December 2011, 12:59 at 12:59 pm #166874SouthPawRacerParticipantTime to resurrect an oldish thread.
I had an incredibly strange dream a short time after it was revealed that Kimi Raikkonen would drive for Renault/Lotus in 2012, and it had not yet been announced that Grosjean would take the other seat. It was a very lucid dream which I was sure was real, despite the absurdity of it.
I was checking out F1 Fanatic (as you do) and saw the news that Renault/Lotus had just announced their second driver for 2012 – another ex-driver and past champion making a comeback, who would race alongside Raikkonen next year.
That driver’s name was Jackie Stewart.
I clearly remember seeing a picture of Stewart in the article, fully decked out in the black and gold fireproof suit along with his characteristic cap. I remember nothing else from the dream, but I do remember waking up from it in a daze, and immediately checking F1 Fanatic to see if it had actually been a dream.
While this would NEVER happen in real life due to Jackie’s age and physical condition (not to mention the grid slot he took up in my dream that should have been taken by a young driver) I couldn’t help but think that the scenario would be pretty cool, in a mind-screwishly insane sort of way.
