They’ve nearly doubled the with of the track at the pit entry. The retaining wall they built at the back of turn 8 has givin them all the new space. Check pics 10 and 11 in the link above.
Looks like they’re widening the track at the last corner that included the pit entry, which was unsafe. So the new pit entry will be a bit earlier and won’t interfer with the last corner.

Stick with your original idea, maybe wait a bit till the crowd moves off, then ask her on the Start/Finish line. Its a great metaphor for starting your new adventure together.
After Newey left they never seemed to be able to develope the cars aero. The BMW engine had great power which made up for this. But their main problem has always been car aero since 98.
How about a track on the runways of Area 51?

Hopefully Audi/VW buy Alfa Romeo off Fiat, and the old Toyota Facility to get the Alfa F1 team up and running.
