No idea why they decided to run F1 on it in 2010.

It was the 60th anniversary of F1 and backmarkers would be less of a problem, there were 24 cars and 3 very slow new teams in 2010.

@newdecade Yup, I thought that one was far more obvious than this one Webber has been done for. As @stefmeister below says, Webber was more or less forced off-track by Kobayashi too, whereas Massa had more of a choice.
