Hi all, I went to Spa last year and it was a great weekend.
I booked my tickets through http://www.spagrandprix.com/ they were the cheapest when I checked and as it’s the circuit I felt they were the safest option. I can also vouch for there customer service as I emailed them a few times the week before the race weekend and they always responded…[Read more]
Wow, how ridiculous. Even more silly, he also lost in 2004 when he should have won on countback according to the rules of any other championship.
He must have lost them because they use the number of finishes to decide the winner, which seems like an odd measure. It’s hardly the most…[Read more]
I found this on his twitter/instagram. http://instagram.com/p/giPpaLLRY2/# I didn’t know this, but it sounded so bizarre I had to find out.
Super formula team title is ours, but not being there for the 1st and the final race (#wec clash) cost me the drivers title on equal points! :-( shame!

Hey guys, just after some advice.
My girlfriend is looking to buy us tickets for the Spa weekend this year. Where would you recommend getting them from?
I have been to Silverstone 3 times in the past and (twice in grandstand, once in general admission) and I enjoyed the freedom of the general admission more. Any tips for ensuring we get a good…[Read more]
I think I’d have to normalise the calendar, I don’t like all the undesirable travel between events. Start at Australia, then go to the next closest event. Splitting up the races into geographical groups would help, Europe, america, mid east etc. But if F1 really wants to be green then it needs to look at all aspects of its ‘sport’
With that in…[Read more]
THere is no need for another circuit in this country, regardless of where it is. There are plenty of incredibly good motor racing venues packed onto this relatively small island that could use any money far better with upgrades than building an entire new one from scratch.
Not that there is any money around do do such things, especially building…[Read more]
In no particular order:
Circuit de la Sarthe (the modern layout with the chicanes on the Mulsanne)
Hungaroring (don’t know what it is about this track but I found the recent races good, despite the difficulties in overtaking)
Circuit Gilles Villeneuve
Road Atlanta/Laguna Seca (alternating)

Hi Jamie ( @jmq1 ),
Well done for booking tickets – it’s a great experience!
I went last year and drove there so can’t help with any flight experience, but maybe I can help with your timings. The pit lane is open on Thursday to everyone with 3-day tickets, it was a nice opportunity to familiarise ourselves with the surroundings and we got up…[Read more]

I have booked tickets for this years Belgian GP for my partner’s 30th birthday. We will be flying in from the UK. I have read online that there is usually a pit walk on the Thursday – is this correct? I also wanted to check whether it would be possible/advisable to fly home from Brussels on the Sunday (flight departing 20:50) or whether this would…[Read more]
