I haven’t played all that much in the past year or so. But the last few months I’ve been playing GTA V (only the storyline really, that’s what I look for in those games). In addition to that I’ve played some F1 2013 and reopened my COD MW3 (ADHD stuff and the game’s not really all that great but the multiplayer is pretty damn addictive…)

Used to play a lot Assassin’s Creed but once they moved the games away from medieval/reneissance Europe I’ve pretty much lost all my interest. Those games were so fun to play and look at, but forests, jungles and naval settings don’t do it for me in that specific franchise.

Red Dead Redemption and LA Noire were pretty damn great and with the success of Assassins Creed, I’d like to see more games that are set in those kinds of unlikely milieus.

Bottas on Gutierrez. Without a single doubt.

    @freelittlebirds

he just needs to be 0.1-0.2 seconds faster generally speaking

    What does that mean?

I’m not entering that argument as you’re obviously a huge fan of the guy. I’ve said all I have to say: Rosberg matched Hamilton this year and it indicates that some of Hamilton’s fans have an unreasonably high opinion of his driving skills which are great, but not that great.

    Best Driver: Valtteri Bottas
    Worst Driver: Pastor Maldonado
    Best Team: Red Bull
    Worst Team: no stand-outs
Best Overtake: Bottas on Gutierrez, needs skill as Di Resta showed by failing with the same move
Funniest moment: can’t remember any, to be honest
Most Surprising Result: Williams’ progress with Bottas’ car
    Least Surprising Result: Maldonado crashing
    Special Mention to: Grosjean
    Race Rating: 6

    World feed rating: 8/10

I can’t say that I’ve been closely following what they have been doing and I can’t say that I completely like Hamilton but to me it has seemed that they have been a close match to each other which either makes Rosberg look better than what I previously thought or Hamilton worse.

It’s probably the latter. I’m not going to cut Hamilton any slack because he’s in a new team, is struggling with braking, or the tires, or whatever because we all saw what he could do against Alonso on his first year in F1. Quite simply, if he really is the Golden God of F1 racing some of his fans make him to be, he should’ve done better, a lot better.

That idea of limited usage (a predetermined number of times; 5-10 I’d say) sounds pretty good to me. I would also allow it everywhere (expect maybe some certain places like Eau Rouge, etc.).

If you had that kind of “unlimited” usage it would less artificial and you could use it to defend but it would still have an effect for overtaking. They would probably still have to allow it in some form in quali too so that teams would have to setup cars for it to make a real difference.

    Best Driver: Vettel & Kimi
    Worst Driver: Ricciardo
    Best Team: Red Bull
    Worst Team: Mercedes
    Best Overtake: Kimi on Button
Funniest moment: Gutierrez is told that he’s racing with all the cars behind him – and they all pass him immediately after the message is playes
    Most Surprising Result: Kimi
Least Surprising Result: Vettel & Alonso
Special Mention to: Grosjean – rotten luck

@prisoner-monkeys – Honestly, in your case it sounds more like you choose to not believe this because otherwise you’d have admit that Red Bull actually wants Kimi (and prefers him over Ricciardo, for example). And you don’t like that.

If a journalist claims to have sources to tell him or her something it IS usually the case as well (obviously, the sources might just as well be wrong). Does anyone have anything concrete to back their claims of him being wrong? Of course, that doesn’t prove he’s right but if you strongly believe he’s lying, I’d like to know what’s the reason behind?
