Going to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone 3 months, 2 weeks agoA few of us are eyeing up the 3 days with camping. I’ve never been to my home GP but fortunately some of the others are well-versed so I am going by their previous experiences

Alonso for me. Knew he didn’t have the quickest car and knew what he had to do to limit the damage – and drove 60 qualifying laps to do it. Very impressive.

I had Alonso e/w for pole position so slightly disappointed he missed P3 by a tenth or so.
