Spa is amazing we only missed last year as we did Silverstoner and Austin texas. This year we did Silverstone and now waiting for Spa.

We will be going to the pit walk on Thursday you have to drive from our campsite and parking is free for the pit walk we can give you directions / you can follows us / catch a lift

You can anything you like into the circuit with you do stock up on fodd and drink as the optinos at the circuit are bad its waffles waffles and nmore waffles and dodgy coffee plus expensive beer. Its way cheaper and tastier to take your own in and if you like tea take your own as they dont even sell it at the circuit.

Be prepared if you sit on Pouhon to dig your chair into the bank you have seen nothing like it until you arrive, a shovel is a valuable item

Wear good walking shoes /boots your need them

We usualy take ruck sacks plus a cool bag on wheels for sunday

Clothes pack for all weather 2 years ago after qulify we got back to campsite in lovely sunshine, stopped for a beer at the bar and then ran to our tents in a thunderstorm, the weather changes rapidly and can be cold

Hi Vince
This will be our 4th time of staying at camping eau rouge over 5 years we love the Spa grand prix.

From the campsite all weekend at the top of the hill your find they do a free shuttle bus, this does stop sunday afternoon so you will have to do the 30 min walk at one point but at all other times you should be ok using the shuttle bus.

the campsite is great you get a great mix of nationalities and they have a bar as well

Every morning a lady comes to bring fresh bread, rolls, crossiants for sale so you can stock up as you head for the circuit

Pouhon def the best place to sit, iw ould recommend chairs for sunday but you could get away with a mat for friday and saturday especially if you want to walk round the circuit

There is a middle road that cuts through the circuit as well to save you walking so many hills.

We will be in a green tent, ford focus weith reg beginning AO09 if you want to say hello

In the town of Stavelot is a carrefour and the other way into Malmedy there is a Lidl and a Carrefour hyper marker. Stok up by friday night if not it looks like locausts have been through and they dont stay open very late

Hi this is my third year of going and so far i have found its an anything goes policy bottles, food, beer, chairs ladders etc whatever you want you can take it

Stavelot is not miles away last year we had people next to us who walked in and back again, a car is better but it can be done or use a taxi or one of the mini buses if your going to there event.

The minibuses are run by the circuit so as you walk out of campsite entrance turn left go over stream and up small hill at the top your on the amin road left for Stavelot and right for the circuit its here your find the free mini buses to the circuit and to stavelot for events in the evening, check the boards they put up for whats on.

you can indeed hail the F! minibuses and they will transport you for free they do this from camping l’eau rouge

hi damian scully we will be at same campsite for third year there is a bar onsite and various nationalities playing music be prepared for some euro pop

Normally as you walk towards circuit they advertise what is on at stavelot and there is normally a bus picking you up from just by campsite up on the main road.

free transport to circuit they dont like you walking unless its home on the sunday after the race, any silver mini buses you need to look out for with an official f1 sticker on

due to no fan vision this year does anyone what i can use to hear commentary? radio, i phone, tablet etc? third year of going but always had fan vision before

as long as you hold a 3 day ticket you can get into the Thursday pit walk :-)

Last year they let too many people in all at once very tight squeeze you have to pick your favourite driver and stand your ground if your going for a top team

Force India etc always quiet you can chat to the drivers down there

Managed 2 years ago to get all drivers autographs bar Schumacher and Rosenberg between 2. Of us
