I just wanted to post to everyone on f1 fanatic to say thanks to you all for your brilliant advice on going to Monaco.
As it was my first visit I had no idea where to sit, where to stay, what to do, etc. You guys, and particularly Ed, gave such great advice that me and my party of four had the best time possible. We sat in T1 on Saturday, fantastic view of the pits could see big screen, take good photos and know what was going on. Sat in K3 high on Sunday, that was the real wow factor, what a view and we could see maybe a third of the track from there highly recommended!
We stayed in Menton to be the right side for the trains, was an excellent place to stay and trains good apart from the one at 8:55 on Sunday morning being cancelled (the french gotta love em).
And on Fridays pit visit we even got to shake hands with Lewis Hamilton. A
All in all a fantastic time and I cant thank you all enough for your helpful posts, without them I am sure it would have been nowhere near as good.
