Ah, this shouldn’t be a reply, my mistake.

It’s interesting he renewed the contract for only one more year. He doesn’t seem to be too sure about where to go in 3 years.

I was actually wondering who the fans were booing: Vettel or EJ, lol.

What about DRS? With two zones at the most obvious places and one detection zone, overtaking might be even too easy.

Wallbreaker commented on the post, Shortened DRS zones for Canadian Grand Prix 2 weeks ago
Very disappointed about positioning of the zones and usage of only one detection point.

No matter what the answer is: not everyone will agree. The drama will continue.

Wallbreaker commented on the post, Why a former F1 mechanic believes Mercedes’ secret test “was a huge advantage” 2 weeks ago
There’s two things.
First: No-one (except Mercedes and maybe Pirelli) knows what happened at the test. No one knows their specification, the wings they had, the tyres they used and so on. BUT…Second: Does […]

Looking at the response on Twitter, everyone suddenly seems to like him :D

Wallbreaker commented on the post, Pirelli bring tyre changes forward to Canada 1 month ago
As I have understood, these changes are made to avoid delamination of the tyres and overheating of the rear tyres. The compounds itself should not be changed in order to make no disadvantages to teams like Ferrari […]

Wallbreaker commented on the post, Vote for your 2013 Spanish GP driver of the weekend 1 month ago
Has to be Alonso. It wasn’t for me the fact itself he overtook Kimi and Lewis into turn 3 (which was great though) but more the raw intelligence behind it, aborting KERS on the run to turn 1 because the other […]

Wallbreaker commented on the post, Alonso is sixth driver to score three wins at home 1 month ago
It’s pretty impressive, that drivers who started in the early or late 2000s (Alonso & Vettel) are a real threat to the records of the all-time greats like Senna and Prost, which are legends. You can’t help but […]

Indeed it looks like a pattern building up but F1 is always unpredictable.

I remember rumors from last season or the winter break where Allison was connected to Ferrari.

F1 coming back to Long Beach is, for once, a location I would welcome very much! Who cares about Russia, Mexico, South Africa or Thailand?

Wallbreaker commented on the post, Vettel: “You don’t want any gifts” 1 month, 3 weeks ago
No need to be that aggressive.
You don’t have the foggiest idea if he had or not.
Oh, but you do? So tell me then if he had or not. The only thing I know is that I’m following F1 closely for […]

Wallbreaker commented on the post, Vettel: “You don’t want any gifts” 1 month, 3 weeks ago
I think point 1 is quite true… I cannot say anything about point 2, because I’m German and I never really supported Hamilton. But I don’t really get point 3. Except for 2007/8 he always had superior […]

Wallbreaker commented on the post, Button and Massa say current tyres are good for F1 2 months ago
@hohum That’s rather cynical. But when you don’t like “16 person pit crews and half a dozen tacticians”, why spending time with F1 anyway, you already should’ve stopped watching the sport a decade ago. Magny-Cours […]

@hohum So you don’t think F1 is not about the best combination of man and machine?
