Exactly. As long as F1 opts for DRS, I hope they are able to refine it so passing is within acceptable boundaries. In the long term however, I hope this is just a stop-gap for a better and more durable solution.

F1 1 year, 6 months agoI think Australia was actually one of the better showings of DRS. It didn’t grant drivers a free pass, but instead enabled them to challenge the car ahead towards turn 3.

It wasn’t that exciting for me personally. It was less boring than the previous two iterations. As said before, there was more passing, but not that much actual overtaking.

Sector 2 just looks awesome with the onboard cam. I love the flow and can’t wait to see the dust clear next year so we can have some brave braking approaching the wide corner-entries.
