With its vast expanses of asphalt run-offs, abundance of slow corners and low-grip surface, Sochi Autodrom is typical of the modern generation of F1 tracks designed by Hermann Tilke.
Changes have been made to the run-off at the Sochi Autodrom at the scene of Carlos Sainz Jnr’s high-speed crash during last year’s race weekend.
