3 comments on Fernando Alonso vs team mate, 2010

  1. Well I don’t think Alonso would be slower if the spun didn’t happen. Still stranges that Massa gets instructions about how to drive (team radio). That shows Melbourne isn’t his favourite track, it was only his 1st podium there out of 8 attempts, he already suffered 5 retirements on Albert ‘Hell’ euhm Park. ;-)

Curious about Malaysian though, will there be another new engine for Alonso, that would be his 3rd and that’s not a good sign. Weather predictions are saying it will be raining, hopefully not like last year!!!

Alonso is the type of driver that I deeply hate. He is dominating Felipe only because Felipe will need more time to recover of his serious accident last season and most important because he is a “politician”. He is attracting all the team for himself and Massa is left alone. Alonso can only win a title is his team mate works for him. This didn’t work with Lewis who dominated him in his first season of F1 and he had no other issue than to escape or to accept to be dominated by Lewis. He is always involved in serious misconduct (Spie game with Ferrari where he betrade Mclaren only because McLaren was not accepting what he wanted: to set clearky Lewis as a second driver & robbed victory with renault in Singapore whe Nelson was instructed to create a faulse accident…as always Alonso denied knowing anything. Have you ever seen 1 driver badly qualified (15th if I remember) taking only fuel for few laps (7) without asking his team why ? He is just a poor Championship driver.

Alonso is clearly dominating Masa in qualifying and racing, much more than KImi did. As for the 2007 year, it was Hamilton who protested (betrayed) against his team in Hungary. Alonso would have won 2007 but for his team (Remember Ron saying Alonso was the enemy!) In addition, in Germany 2008, the team asked Kovy to let Lewis pass and this year every time Button is close to Hamilton (towards the end of the races generally) the save fuel message is send.
Lets not be silly, its not only Ferrari robbing spectators the show. I think it will be great if both Mclaren and Ferrari would let their drivers race each other, much like Red Bull, even if it means that eventually teammates will take each other out of a race.

One last thing, I do not remember the press calling Lewis a dirty champion on the 2008 german press conference (may be there was a little bias in some journalists). Maybe, everybody has to cool down a little bit…
