Webber is fast but has too many issues, either himself ie driver error, or he breaks the car. Unfortunately he’ll just pick up the crumbs.

By that definition that the same goes for Vettel. Webber driven two flawless races in a row and scored maximum points.
Bahrain poor quali performance gave him a bad finish. Australia bad conditions and pitstop problems made things go from good to bad to worse forcing him to push and take risks.
Both drivers are excellent and had their fair share of bad luck this year. Wouldn’t throw mud on either driver at this point after all they both lead the stands on the same point score advantage Webber by more top finishes.

    • Oh how silly you sound now!

Can’t call poor pit stops driver error in at least two of the races. Maybe those forced him to push a little bit harder resulting in driver errors.

I think that Vettel has suffered more problems than Webber this year:
    spark plug (Bahrain)
    broken front brake (Australia)
    Split front brake (Spain)
    Split chassis (Monaco)
    Slipping Clutch (Silverstone and Germany)
    Gearbox problems (Canada)
    Broken team radio (Hungary)
    Brakes binding (Monza)
    Blown engine (Korea)

Webber, by comparison has had relatively few mechanical problems this year:
    gearbox problems (Canada)
    Overheating engine (Brazil)

That’s all of the mechanical malfunctions I can think of right now
