  1. Keith, one more for your expected “French Grand Prix facts and stats” article: fourth place is the lowest championship standing ever in Lewis Hamilton’s career.

  2. Good point Daniel – duly noted. I think 13th is his worst starting position too…

    Good results for Felipe.
Since Malaysia he has really settled down and churned out some good results.

The only negative is that there is only one ‘Felipe’ track to come at Interlagos. If he wants the championship, he needs to perform on some absolute big kahuna tracks, Spa, Silverstone, Monza.

He is well placed but not as happy as a pig in poo just yet!

  4. Remember we were mentioning before the race that Ferrari have won 5 of the last 7 races here? With this race, it now becomes 6 of the last 8 races.

Going even FURTHER back to 1997, I now realize that Ferrari have won 8 of the last 12 races here. Absolutelu phenomenal. Not to mention scary. Of the other 4, Renault, Williams, McLaren, and Jordan have only won 1 each. So that’s 8 to 1. Scary, very scary.
