Buemi was already half announced in september (around when Vettel’s move was announced). He seems a pretty sure bet if they mention him again.

Buemi’s a good young prospect. @ 20 he’s got experience from testing and racing in GP2 and A1GP (i think) so he’s got a old head on young shoulders ala Vettel. Id like to see Bourdais partner him – Seb2 derserves another crack at the whip next year. Was unlucky last year in the fact that had he finished better at Spa and NOT got robbed in FUJI he’d probably be nailed on for next year. Saying that perhaps STR want him to sweat abit.
Testing Sato though is good as his experience of F1 will help them and should either driver struggle next year Berger/Tost could easily draft him in for them – though i hope that dosn’t happen!

I don’t know what STR sees in Buemi. He was way off pace in the tests. And he will only make Nelson Piquet look a little better next year.
