HELP!! How do I resume my f1 2010 career on a new ps3?

I’ve recently bought a new one and successfully took my account across. The only issue was I lost one trophy, which I soon got back.
All you need is a memory stick, copy and paste the save file from your previous PS3 to your new one, make sure you get all the files you can, some you won’t be able too, such as the game data.
Then put the memory stick in your new PS3, and you should be able to paste it in.
