8th May 2011, 19:34 at 7:34 pm #168403f1alexParticipant1) Best Driver: Vettel
Yeah it’s getting boring with him winning all the time, but all weekend (minus Friday) he’s been near unstoppable.
2)Worst Driver: Schumacher
I feel bad for this one but he’s been outperfomed quite comprehensively by his team mate and he drove pretty badly in the race, not knowing when to give up.
3)Best Team: Red Bull/Ferrari
One-twos in quali and the race, can’t say much better than that. Ferrari have made a great step forward too so I had to give them it jointly.
4)Worst Team:Virgin
Starting to get caught by HRT.
5)Best Overtake: Massa on Schumacher
Awesome fight through the backmarker with Felipe having a late lunge into T1, forcing Schumi to yield.
6)Best Funny-moment: The Renaults running into eachother, with each of the drivers gesticulating at the other.
7)Most Surprising Result: Schumacher P12
I was expecting a little more from him, especially from 8th on the grid.
8)Least Surprising Result: Vettel P1
Well, he’s won all but one of the last few races hasn’t he?
9)Special Mention to: Kobayashi
Awesome comeback from the back of the grid to get into the points.
10)Race Rating: 8/10
11)Best BBC commentator/presenter: Brundle
As Witty/informative/good at reading the race as ever.
12)Worst BBC commentator/presenter: I thought they were all good to be honest!
13)Best Commentary moment:
David: “It’s almost like (Schumacher) doesn’t know when to give up.”
Martin: “You mean on his career, or on that corner, or on that lap?
14)Overall BBC coverage rating: 9/10
