Does the ECJ ruling affect F1 on Sky?

Apparently this is being discussed elsewhere but I can’t find it in any of the links that Keith posted!!
So lets try again with a more specific heading, here is the link to the article on the BBC:

Some of the posters on the closed thread seemed to think that it must do, however the detail of the article mentions specifically copywritten graphics and logos etc. I am assuming that Bernie (as the live feed provider) can easily watermark the feed with the F1 logo and plethora of onscreen graphics so that will be that?
Thoughts?

I hope something comes of it.
