Every F1Fanatic will at some point have tried to re-create or replicate their favuorite F1 Car and others. Be it out of Lego, K’Nex, Cardboard, whatever, there will have been some models made. Here’s your chance to show them off!
These first Four are of The Renault R30 that i built for my Resistant Materials GCSE project. Made from acrylic and hand crafted!

This is of the Lotus T127 that is currently undergoing changes to become the Lotus T128. Made from what Lego I have!

And this is the Renault R30 again that is also undergoing changes to become the Renault R31. Made from what Lego I have again!

I remember my sister painted it gold and silver, which apparently annoyed me, and all the wheels and wings fell off when it dried. It then sat at the bottom of my wardrobe with my football boots for years, but unforunately I’m guessing it must have either ended up in a land fill site or crumbled to dust by now

All of my class made coffee tables except me, i made a lightbox for tracing. It was a ‘storage unit influenced by an era of the last 100 years’ with an ‘extra’. So it ended up being a light box with a draw!
For my final GCSE graphics project i made a board game of an f1 theme:

@ MGP W01 – Yeh it was my final project :), got an A, 91/94 Marks :P aha, yours looks really cool as well, would be a great game to play i reckon :D aha
24th April 2011, 22:16 at 10:16 pm #167758LHJBFTWParticipant@MGP W01 reminded me of an f1/racing bored game I made.
really simple, get squared paper, draw a track (not just a single line) 2 people play, your car is one square, you can you can accelerate or break either horizontally or vertically each go, for example go 1, move one square left, go 2 move 2 squares left an 1 up etc. take it in turnes, first to finish the lap, takes about 5 minnits per race. :)
24th April 2011, 22:59 at 10:59 pm #167759CalumParticipantI had to entertain my younger cousins ages ago (2009!!) so we made a giant (40cm) Renault R29 out of lego, with red bricks instead of orange. It’s still on top of my wardrobe – covered in dust!!! :P
Reminder of the R29:http://www.dieselstation.com/wallpapers/albums/Renault/ING-F1-Team-Unveils-the-R29/ING-Renault-F1-Team-Unveils-the-R29-widescreen-02.jpg
Renault’s are a popular creation here!

Draw a really bizarre track, put your pen nib on the paper and push it and wherevever the pen ink stops you take your next turn from there, first to finish a lap wins. Sounds really primitive but actually a great game!
