This is tough. I’d say Alonso and Gilles at Ferrari. I was very close to saying Massa and Alesi at the red team though.

James- for some reason Webber in a Newey era Williams just seems right! Then again, we all thought he’d flourish at Williams when he went in 2005, but he bombed.

I’d love to see Juan Manuel Fangio driving today, maybe with Red Bull. As brilliant as he was back in the 1950’s, you’d suspect that talent levels have raised so much in the last 60 years that he’d probably be the slowest driver on the grid. I suppose we’ll never know…

I’d say Kobayashi and Perez in the C30 is a pretty tasty combo as it is. Perhaps in the F2008 and be fighting right at the front.
