Well, it’s all in the title.
2005 – Alonso of course, becasue I don’t like Kimi Raikkonen
2006 – Alonso again, but in Brazil I was cheering for Michael after his wonderful drive.
2007 – Alonso, but I was loving the surge of Hamilton.
2008 – Massa, because I tipped him for the title at the end of 2007, though I liked Kubica.
2009 – Rubens, overall because it was his last chance, but I thought that about Webber in 2009.
2010 – Alonso, but I wouldn’t mind it if Webber wins.
Carry on guys.
20th October 2010, 15:42 at 3:42 pm #147732AnonymousInactive2005- Alonso.
2006- I’m a Ferrari fan so I had to support Michael btu secretly I had a soft spot for Fernando and I thought he drove better that year and full deserved it so I was pretty happy at the end of Brazil.
2007- Kimi. I had to as he was in the Ferrari and I did like him but still had a soft spot for Fernando although I really didn’t want either of the Mclaren guys to win after everything that had happened that year it would have felt wrong.
2008- Massa.
2009- Rubens. Good guy, drove his socks off esp when the brakes suited him more but he didn’t do the jobb at the end of the day.
2010- Alonso but I wouldn’t begrudge Webber the crown.
2011- Massa ;P I’m optimistic!

2006-2008: Whoever was driving a Ferrari. Schumi cause it was his last year at F1 (…it seemed so didn’t it!), Kimi cause he deserved it and Massa cause you know I respect the guy
2009: Vettel, having dubbed him as the new Schumacher
2010: Webber, having undubbed Vettel as the new Schumacher

1971-2010 Ferrari
That was easy enough.
20th October 2010, 16:18 at 4:18 pm #147737IcthyesParticipantMight as well do them all:
1996 – Hill
1997 – 2002 Schumacher
2003 took a year out
2004 – Schumacher
2005 – 2006 didn’t watch
2007 – 2008 Hamilton
2009 – Webber, then Barrichello
2010 – Hamilton (Webber if the former is out of contention)
20th October 2010, 17:59 at 5:59 pm #147738sw6569Participant05 – Kimi
06 – Alonso (although Schumachers Brazil drive made me think he probably deserved it more..)
07 – Hamilton
08 – Hamilton or Kimi
09 – Button
10 – Webber (although Button a close second).
Not sure I support the underdog, just those who have driven in such a way that I feel they deserve the championship – with skill and passion!
20th October 2010, 18:34 at 6:34 pm #147739GirtsParticipantOK, here is how it went:
1997-2004 Schumacher
2005 – Alonso
2006 – Schumacher
2007 – Alonso (some kind of ‘bad romance’, I guess)
2008 – Hard choice. I supported Massa as a driver but, at the same time, I thought McLaren as a team deserved the title more than Ferrari. Especially after Hamilton got the penalty in Belgium.
2009 – Actually I just enjoyed the great battle
2010 – Mega hard choice. Probably Webber. I think that RBR’s first title would be a great thing and that Webber needs a compensation for the bad luck that he had through all the years. But actually I think that I just keep enjoying the great battle…
