Seb Loeb will be attending the Dakar and while he’s at it, he’ll test a Peugeot 308 which won the 2013 Turismo Nacional Clase 3 championship.

The guy keeps looking for challenges, apparently. No idea why he’s testing this, even if it’s exciting and all. Turismo Nacional cars are little 2 litres, FWD cars, with no wings or anything. It’s a stripped out, race prepared car… kinda like the early 90’s in BTCC, but with hatchbacks and stuff (other cars racing: Kia Cerato, Ford Focus both 4 and 5 doors, Renault Fluence, Citroen C4 5 door, Honda Civic, Alfa 147, Chevy Cruzes and so on).

    Here’s the Peugeot:

@fer-no65 Is it more a case of getting some time on a track he’ll be racing on later this year?

@keithcollantine maybe… but they could just ship the Citroen for him. They’ve been testing in Abu Dhabi the past few days. It’s a huge difference between the two cars anyway…
