The FIA giveth, the FIA taketh away.
While the WTCC’s venture to the Nurburgring Nordschleife is the exciting addition for 2015, the loss of Macau is a disappointing development.
It’s not the only proper circuit to lose its place on the calendar: Spa-Francorchamps has been dropped along with Austria’s sinuous Salzburgring. Can’t imagine too many people being disappointed at the loss of the bumpy Goldenport track in Beijing.
Along with the Norschelife, the new venues filling the 12-round schedule are Losail in Qatar, the Villareal street track in Portugal and Thailand’s new Buriram circuit:
Here’s the schedule:

15-16 May Germany – Nordschleife
