I got Gold Club tickets for Sunday but seem to be the only one here not camping!

Anyone got any advice for driving in on race day? Its my first time and I’m struggling to figure out my timings. I’m nervous I will miss something. I’ll be driving in from Buckinghamshire along the M40 and have an onsite parking permit, what is the car park like is it desingated places or people just parking wherever?

I got seated tickets so I guess I won’t have to queue to get in?

Anything I should bring? I’ve got my wet weather gear, camera, binoculars, ear plugs and obviously tickets!

Should I take food and drink or just buy it when I get there?

Thanks for the help, lets all have a great race! Personally I’m hoping for a Red Bull 1 – 2 as I have my photo on the car!

I think it was an awkward interview for Seb but he handled it quite well. He managed to get across a bit of his jokey side.

I have no doubt that maybe 1% of the audience knew who he was or have heard of F1 in my experience Americans are generally only interested in things taking place in America or where Americans compete. some people ive met have had little understanding of what goes on in other parts of the world. Like I say that has been my experience from meeting people in America and chatting about regular stuff, I met someone who had no idea where Europe was and thought it was a country! not that I want to start an argument about Americans as I have some good friends from there but it was always going to be a tough interview.

I have watched us chat shows before and they never seem to let the guests talk, it makes you wonder why they go on half the time. We wouldn’t have tv like that over here but to americans it’s funny. They also seem to have a lot of running jokes and skits about people you probably haven’t heard of outside the US.

I did learn a few things I hadn’t heard about Seb’s dad being a racer and the home movie was cute! I’d like to see Seb do a chat show in the uk where he would get more of a word in edge ways!

I hope that it sparked some interest for F1 in the US which was obviously the point of the interview, maybe he should have got MSC on instead/ as well as he wanted to talk about him so much!

That was a pretty funny ad, shame really sportsman ad’s tend to be bad. I would love to have been at the brainstorming meeting for the ad! It must have been pretty special when the guys got the script too!
